{About Me}
I began my career in real estate as a property manager with a strong background in student living in Auburn with a focus in leasing. Earning my real estate license was a natural next step, and now I am happy to be able to help and guide my clients through what is one of the biggest decisions they will make.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Lee County Association of Realtors, as well as the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors.
I serve clients in Auburn-Opelika and the Montgomery area with all of their real estate needs.
{Market Update}
We are seeing home values rise in each of these markets, year over year. While we have seen a slight uptick in inventory, there is still an abundance of buyers and not enough inventory. Although interest rates are not at the low we saw during the pandemic, they are still historically low.
Despite a ton of doom and gloom about the real estate market in the media and social media, the market remains strong for sellers due to increased home prices and strong for buyers due to seller concessions and lender credits and rate buy-downs being offered.
